Saafir Rabb is a business strategist, commercial real estate executive, and impact investor, whose work experience spans from venture investments to philanthropic investment advisory. His background in community service and organizing led him to support and serve on the transition teams of former President Barack Obama (public diplomacy), as well as Governor of Maryland Wes Moore (Business/Minority Enterprise).
Saafir’s career has always promoted outcomes based social impact, and has been keen to incorporate opportunities for vulnerable people including citizens returning from prison, people suffering from the disease of addiction and those in need of low to moderate income housing.
Saafir is the founding member of Interculture, a strategy advisory consulting firm, and the cofounder/CEO of 1 RACE, an institutional-grade commercial real estate platform that structures and executes competitive business plans related to commercial real estate. 1RACE prides itself on operating with inclusion and impact while simultaneously achieving profitable results.
