INTERNS & FELLOWS PROGRAM
Our theme for impact and inclusion extends to all of our stakeholders. Our industry is primed for inclusion, with less than 3% of VC funding allocated to women and less than 1% allocated to people of color. We seek to bridge the gap between opportunity and underrepresented professionals in the VC space.
Our internship and fellowship programs are volunteer and unpaid programs designed for overlooked and underrepresented communities in the VC space. We prioritize recruiting interns and fellows of Middle Eastern origin and Black demographics. We also look for an equitable gender distribution in our cohort. We welcome others to join.
The program is three months and is renewable for an additional three months. Participants receive feedback regularly.
